net cash on order confirmation in dkr. or euro €. items can be paid with cash, certified bank cheques or bank transfer. all prices are quoted in dkr. 25% VAT is included in all prices. Price stated on each product is based on usual or recommended upholstering. Prices depend on chosen type of leather or fabric. No refund - store credit only.

all items remain the property of ddr.dk until full payment is received.

delivery & shipping

denmark, eu & international; all shipping costs are paid by the customer and is payable directly to the transport/ shipping company. shipping cost is calculated according to weight, size and destination. the transport and shipping company we use is a professional transport- and shipping company who specializes in shipping furniture. All items are fully insured during shipping. any objection concerning goods will be taken into consideration only if we are notified at the time of delivery with the shippers present

shipping by any company not arranged by ddr.dk is at the customers risk. any disputes between the parties will be judged by the place of jurisdiction in Copenhagen, Denmark.

for all items not in stock, time of delivery is approx. 6-8 weeks.

condition

vintage section: vintage is used! - minor wear is inevitable and should be expected. contact us for condition reports and detailed photos. all other sections: see quality

warranty

vintage items are sold as seen and are available in the quantities shown. all other items are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. any defect caused by deficiency in the manufacturing or the materials in this period, ddr.dk will either replace the concerning part or the entire item.
